SECTION 5 - PRODUCT RESALE LIMITATIONS

You agree not to sell or promote Daria Aksenova products via multi-retailer websites, including (but not limited to) eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace unless previously agreed upon in writing.

You agree not to re-sell returned (to retailer) items that have been damaged, even in a clearance category. If you receive a return with a damaged item, please email wholesale@dariaaksenova.com as you may be eligible for a free replacement.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to keep all product information 100% accurate to help you make informed decisions. However, please be aware that from time to time there may be inadvertent errors on the website and mistakes in relation to pricing or product information. We provide marketing materials including product photography, branding, and suggested text that you may use to advertise Daria Aksenova products that you are going to resell. If you own photographs of Daria Aksenova products that you wish to use for marketing, they must be of high quality and professionally taken. All marketing materials must represent Daria Aksenova's brand standards; you may be contacted by our team should content require adjustment or removal. You grant a limited license to Daria Aksenova for any marketing materials you own that depict or promote Daria Aksenova products for the express purposes of amplifying your retail efforts for those specific products. You may not use any marketing materials for Daria Aksenova products that have been generated by third parties such as other customers or brand affiliates i.e. on reviews or social media posts, unless previously specifically agreed to in writing by both Daria Aksenova and said third party.

SECTION 7 - PRICING

We reserve the right to change wholesale pricing at any point.

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is provided for each product. This is the price we market to our own clients through digital and in-person appearances and is intended as a guideline. You may provide discounts at your discretion.

The price which is payable for the products is the price that is clearly set out on the website at the time you order the product. The price does not include delivery charges. All prices exclude general sales tax.

SECTION 8 - ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Delivery fees will be applied to orders and confirmed before final payment is completed.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days once an order is paid. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Items that are on backorder or items that are preorder only will be shipped as soon as they are available.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to any delivery that result from events beyond our reasonable ability to control.

SECTION 9 - RETURN POLICY

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have product(s) that are unopened and still in their original packaging, and you have proof of purchase, OR if you provide evidence of damage or discrepancy with your delivery, we will approve most requests for returns made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

We are not obliged to accept the return of any product if damage was caused by your misuse, or if you have thrown away, destroyed, lost or damaged the product. You are responsible for the cost of returning any product to us.

SECTION 10 - WHOLESALE BUYBACK GUARANTEE

For any reason, you may request a product buyback by December 31 for any items purchased within the preceding calendar year. Unsold items that are in their original packaging may be processed as a buyback for either (1) a refund to the payment method used during purchase of 45% of the product cost, or (2) a credit to your account with us for 100% of the product cost. You warrant that any items to be returned have been offered for sale by you in a reasonably-visible manner for a reasonable time window. We will schedule shipments and pay shipping costs for items returned as part of a product buyback. Items processed for buyback must be returned to us within 30 days of buyback approval. Refunds or credits will be finalized after our receipt of the returned product.

SECTION 11 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and tax-exempt identification numbers so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Our sales order processing is automated. By submitting your order you are confirming that all product, address, and contact information is correct. Daria Aksenova will not be liable, financially or otherwise, if incorrect information has been entered.
